Different routers has different methods of port forward configurations. Please contact your support line or Internet service provider to configure port forwarding in the router or modem.

If you’re still having trouble logging in remotely, you  might want to consider checking the ports on www.canyouseeme.org website to be sure the ports are in fact, opened.

After confirming they’re open, try using single port forwarding method if possible, instead of port range forwarding.

Google has updated Chrome to block certain plugins by default, including Nuwave Platinum plugin. This may affect some people using Chrome, but can be easily fixed, or try to switch over to Firefox.

Yes, you can have multiple NVR/DVR on one WAN IP address. Simply set each device with a different port number.
